Understanding organizations and team collaboration in Lybic

An organization in Lybic is a collaborative workspace where teams can manage sandboxes, projects, and resources together.

What is an Organization

Organizations provide:

  • Team Collaboration: Invite members to work together
  • Resource Management: Shared sandboxes, projects, and packages
  • Role-Based Access: Control permissions through roles
  • Unified Billing: Single plan and package for the entire team

Each user can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them in the Dashboard.

Organization Structure

Members

Members are users who belong to your organization. Each member has a role that determines their permissions.

Invitations

Pending invitations to users who have not yet joined the organization. Invitations expire after a certain period.

Resources

All resources (sandboxes, projects, packages) are owned by the organization and accessible to members based on their role.

Getting Started

Quick Steps

  1. Invite Members: Send invitation to team members by email
  2. Assign Roles: Set appropriate roles for each member
  3. Share Resources: Members can access organization's sandboxes and projects
  4. Monitor Activity: Track member activities in the Dashboard
