How to purchase plans through the Dashboard
This guide shows you how to purchase a plan using the Lybic Dashboard.
Prerequisites
- Active Lybic account
- Organization membership
- Appropriate permissions
- Reviewed available plans
Purchase Steps
1. Navigate to Purchase
- Log in to Lybic Dashboard
- Select your organization
- Go to "Plan & Packages"
- Click "Purchase Plan"
2. Select a Plan
Without an active plan:
- See subscription plans (monthly recurring)
- Plans renew automatically
With an active plan:
- See one-time purchase plans
- Add resources without affecting subscription
Each plan displays:
- Name and price
- Concurrent sandboxes
- Sandbox hours
- Agent credits
Click to select your preferred plan.
3. Choose Duration (Subscriptions Only)
For subscriptions:
- Use
-and+buttons to select months (1-12) - Total price updates automatically
- Review before proceeding
One-time plans skip this step.
4. Review Summary
Check the purchase summary:
- Selected plan
- Duration
- Total price
Click "Purchase Plan" to continue.
5. Complete Payment
After confirmation:
- An order is created
- You're redirected to the order page
- Follow payment instructions
- Complete the payment
After Purchase
Once payment completes:
- Resources Granted: Packages added automatically
- Plan Activated: Status updated immediately
- Confirmation: Visible in "Plan & Packages"
Managing Your Plan
View Status
In "Plan & Packages", see:
- Current plan name
- Start and end dates
- Next grant date (subscriptions)
- Active packages
Upgrades
To upgrade or add resources:
- Go to "Purchase Plan"
- Select upgrade/add-on
- Complete purchase
Common Questions
Q: Can I purchase multiple months?
A: Yes, select 1-12 months for subscriptions during checkout.
Q: When do I receive packages?
A: Immediately after successful payment.
Q: Can I purchase with an existing plan?
A: Yes, one-time plans add to your existing resources.
Q: How to cancel subscription?
A: Contact support. Access continues until period ends.
